It might have been pretty wet N wild up in Brisbane recently, but this hasn't stopped the progress in Sunnybank.
This series of townhouses all feature Super-Span mid-floors, manufactured to a 250mm joist, and of course, also have the plumbing and electrical service holes that tradies love! Super-Span was also briefed to engineer cantil levers to extend over the front of the units for an extra aesthetic touch.

We're underway with another project in Taylor, ACT. This new two-storey home is utilising the Super-Span floor system as the mid-floor for the second storey. The builder opted for Super-Span due to his previous experience and ease of access for electrical and plumbing services.
