The guys not long finished a breakdown repair on a 66 Tonne Liebherr excavator. The bucket cylinder bolts had worked their way loose and ended up all breaking simultaneously. Luckily all seals on the gland were ok, we were able to work it back into position and secure it with upgraded hardware. Also marked as a visual cue to see if they try to loosen off again. Well done guys!

Here we have a CAT 980 loader with the cooler pack coming out due to a split radiator. Thankyou Northern Suburbs Radiators for turning it around so quick and JNR Civil Pty Ltd for the lend of a machine! Our mighty Matty did a great job behind the controls making it a smooth, safe lift!

Even the big machines can still break down from the smallest problems!

This ZX690 Hitachi had a failed alternator adjuster assembly causing it to throw the charge light on the dash.

Fault was patched so it can continue to work and make $$ for the customer until we get ahold of the new replacement parts.

Results of an adblue fault on a CAT 330F giving some headaches. We found the pump to injector hose to be internally perishing which blocked the injector and reduced the flow rate, well below spec. Let us know if we can assist with any adblue or after treatment problems!
