Todays classic radiator job was to recore a Holden HZ Statesman radiator for a vehicle undergoing a full restoration.After totally dismantling ther radiator I prepared the radiator tanks/side straps,fitted them to their bespoke radiator core and then pressure tested it. Its now good to go!!! (left unpainted at customer request)

Todays old school job in the workshop was a great old survivor 1977 HX Holden which needed a replacement radiator.After removing the old radiator I flushed the cooling system,fitted an inhouse recored OEM radiator assembly,fitted a N.O.S. factory fan shroud,refilled the engine coolant and then test ran the engine. Its now good to go!!!!

Todays old school radiator job was to build up a period correct Holden HQ 308 manual radiator.I put together a radiator tank/sidestrap set from my inventory,assembled them to a correct 38mm thick 8.4mm pitch 2 row radiator core,pressure tested and then repainted the radiator.Its now good to go!!!

Todays old school radiator job was from a 1986 VL HDT Group A SS Commodore which needed a recore.As max cooling was required I recored the radiator with a 58mm thick 3 row radiator core with 8.4mm tube spacings.After totally dismantling the radiator I prepared the radiator tanks/brackets,reassembled them to their bespoke radiator core,pressuretested and then repainted it. Its now good to go!!!!

Todays classic job in the workshop was a beaut old 1976 Valiant that needed a radiator cleanout and repair.After removing the radiator from the vehicle I removed the top radiator tank from the radiator,rodded the radiator core,prepared the top tank,reassembled the radiator,pressure tested and then repainted it.I backflushed the engine,refitted the radiator,refilled the coolant and then test ran the engine. Its now good to go!!!

My latest classic radiator job was from an FJ Holden which was in dire need of a recore.After completely dismantling the radiator I prepared the radiator tanks/mounting straps,refitted them to their bespoke radiator core,pressure tested and then repainted it. Looking just like the radiator on my business card,its now good to go!!!
