What a week in Adelaide.
Our teams came together at the South Australia site, where the Bega operations are handled, and it was a genuine highlight.

The Adelaide crew shared so many valuable insights, while our Sydney and Melbourne teams were on the ground to lend a hand and support the day-to-day operations.
This is what cross-site teamwork looks like. Different sites, one team, all learning from each other.

Something good is happening at Kemps Creek 2.
The next phase of our improvement programme is underway, led by operational excellence expert Ishan Galapathy and Mal, CEO of B dynamic Logistics and the team has really embraced it.
It comes down to two things that matter:

• Working closely with specific customers to make their operations smoother and more efficient
• Backing our frontline leaders with training that helps them grow and lead with confidence

The team at Ecoklenz recently came out to B dynamic Logistics and we wanted to share the experience, because it's a service worth knowing about. Ecoklenz provides mobile bin sanitisation and surface cleaning using high-temperature hot-water technology. Their unit is fully self-contained, requiring no utilities from your premises, and uses an enclosed system to ensure zero cross-contamination. Each bin is cleaned in a 70-second cycle thorough and efficient. For any facility managing waste areas, the hygiene risks are real.

Bacteria and viruses can build up quickly, and standard cleaning often doesn't cut it. What stood out to us was how seriously Ecoklenz takes that problem, and how clean the results actually were. They work across councils, strata, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial facilities so if you manage a site where hygiene standards matter, they're well worth a conversation. Tools down. Hearts open. 🙌
Last week at our Kemps Creek operation, our CEO Mal Siriwardhane joined operational excellence expert Ishan Galapathy on the floor for one of our favourite weekly rituals a half-hour pause where our teams lay down their tools and work on the business, not just in it.

Mal's presence, his trademark smile, and his words of encouragement reminded every single person in that room why what they do matters. This is what Walking Through Excellence looks like, leaders and teams, side by side, building something great together.
