Adam, Simi, Suranthe and Jordan spent the day deep in conversation with retail and supply chain leaders, trading ideas on where the industry is headed and how brands are solving their toughest logistics challenges. One Team, Two Cities
Sydney met Melbourne on the ground this week. Joe Garcia, our Customer Success Manager, and Baljinder Kaur, Operations Manager from our Kemps Creek site, made the trip down to South Dandenong to sit down with Yeliz Cakir, Operations Manager for Victoria and South Australia.

What followed was real collaboration. Brainstorming, sharing knowledge, comparing notes on what's working across sites, and finding new ways to raise the bar for our customers.
Add to that our month end site visit, with the Sydney team making the journey to Melbourne, and it's clear: this is what one team looks like when distance doesn't get in the way of getting better together.

Another month, another site meeting where the floor did the talking. This time it was Business Manager Tevin Liyanage on the ground with the Mile End team, sitting down with Operations Supervisor Jaiden Freer to talk through the wins, the challenges, and everything in between.
There's something different about being there in person. Not a call. Not a report. Just people, in the space where the work actually happens, listening to each other.

Engagement isn't a head office thing. It's not a once-a-year thing either. It's every site, every month, every conversation, every handshake that says "we're in this together."
