👷‍♂️ The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Tyre Fitter to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a small, supportive team.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
*Fitting and balancing tyres
*Puncture repairs and tyre inspections
*Assisting with wheel alignments (training provided if needed)
*Delivering great customer service
*General workshop duties and maintaining a clean workspace

🧰 Requirements
*Tyre fitting or mechanical experience (preferred but not essential)
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Ability to work independently and in a team
*Physically fit for manual work
*Current driver’s licence (essential)
*Forklift ticket (advantage)

Renovations are well underway at CGS Tyres and things are starting to come together! We’re excited to show you the improvements taking shape 👏
While we finish up, our main building remains closed. Please continue to head across the road to 14–16 Richardson Street where we’re operating as normal.

🚧 RENOVATIONS NOTICE – PLEASE READ 🚧

Next week we’ll be starting renovations at CGS Tyres, and from 3rd–6th March we’ll have limited access to the store while asbestos removal is taking place.

During this time, all work will need to be booked in as we won’t be able to freely access stock.

If you think you may need:
🔧 Tyres (car, 4WD or truck)
🔋 Batteries
⚙️ V-belts

Please call and book ahead so we can move stock over the road and have everything ready for you.

Even if you’re not 100% sure, give us a call and we’ll move them just in case 👍
