We have a position available for a casual driver, one day a week on those weeks when our regular driver, Brynn Carlile, is unavailable. In the next six months that's going to be quite often. A driver's licence is essential as is the ability to handle heavy loads including 90kg gas bottles. Preferably a Thursday but that can be negotiated. Message us or email [email protected].

We are looking for a friendly person to work at the Rural Supplies for one day a week! We have a casual position available for a General Assistant— perfect for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and staying alive.

🛠️ What you’ll be doing:
• Helping customers in-store
• Basic admin & computer tasks
• Stocking shelves and putting orders away
• Keeping the shop clean and tidy
• Pitching in whenever needed

📅 Hours: 1 day per week (Wednesday or Thursday would suit us best but negotiable)

⏰ Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm

💪 About you:
• Comfortable using a computer
• Friendly and reliable
• Fit and able to lift feed bags
• Happy to work as part of a small, supportive team

If you are a regular visitor to the Rural Supplies, this is the role previously held by Selena and Kirsty — big boots to fill, but a really good job for the right person 😊

Kangaroo Valley Perennial Pasture Blend. We have been working with Barenbrug, our seed supplier, to develop a KV specific pasture blend with the focus being on persistence rather than production. We've set up a mini trial plot out the front of the store so you can see what the mix looks like. $12.50/kg in 25kg bags or $17.50/kg if you just want a few kilos.

Our tractor is going to be unavailable for 2 weeks from Sunday 8th February to Wednesday 25th February. If you need to pick anything up before that time just ring us (4465 1082) before you come to make sure there is a driver available. (.... and thanks, but the tyre isn't flat!)
