What You'll Be Doing
-Learning and performing welding duties to fabricate, repair, and assemble metal structures and components.
-Developing skills in a range of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick Welding.
-Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
-Assisting qualified tradespeople with fabrication and welding projects.
-Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
-Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs.
What We're Looking For
-A genuine interest in welding, fabrication, and engineering.
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
-Good problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
-Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
-Completion of Year 10 or higher is desirable but not essential.
