We are actively developing a bolt-in ZF6 barra adapter kit specifically designed for the D40 Navara. To support the advancement of this project, we are now accepting deposits to help fund its completion.
This adapter kit is tailored for those seeking to seamlessly integrate a ZF gearbox and Barra engine into their D40 Navara, offering a robust solution to address common engine and gearbox issuues. Engineered for precision and compatibility, the kit maintains the factory transfer case location and is designed to utilize OEM driveshafts, ensuring a straightforward and reliable installation process.
The initial production run of 10 kits will be offered at $2,500 each. Each kit includes a cnc machined adapter plate with bolt in mounting and a resplined input shaft.

I never thought I'd see the day I would be designing an Ecotec to ZF8HP70 N63 adapter for a customer but here we are!

This adapter has been fully CAD modelled, from 3d scan data, CMM'd for all bolt locations. Both early and late model ecotecs will fit this adapter.

The adapter will be 6061T6 bead blasted and anodized, with the flexplate being one piece billet steel

FG N/A motor with head work: double valve springs, retainers
Timing chain kit, stock bottom end, Flash harmonic balancer
All new pulleys, pumps, belts, and accessories
GT3584 turbo with factory turbo intake manifold
1000cc injectors, 460lph pump, Raceworks adjustable fuel reg, braided fuel lines
Safe tune pushing 400hp at the wheels on 31’s, with room to crank the boost for 500+ hp

Turbo ZF transmission
Standard full-time 92 transfer case with part-time kit and AVM hubs
