After completing a lap around Australia, our returning customers had a clear understanding of what worked and what didn't when it came to life on the road.

Their previous setup relied on a flimsy fold-out card table that was bulky to store and often inconvenient to use. Setting up for a simple BBQ meant finding level ground, cleaning the area, and hoping dinner didn't slowly roll off the grill.
To make meal preparation easier and more enjoyable, we designed and fabricated a custom stainless steel swing-out arm with a removable tabletop. The result is a sturdy, level cooking surface that's quick to set up, easy to store, and built to withstand the demands of travelling.

A practical solution tailored to our customers' needs, allowing them to spend less time setting up camp and more time enjoying the places they've travelled to see.

A local farmer brought this gate switch in after the actuator lever had snapped off, leaving the switch unusable and forcing the gate to be operated manually.

A quick repair had everything working again as it should, saving time and getting the gate back to reliable operation.

Completed this redesign on the back of truck.

The original setup featured a large box mounted behind the cab, which limited accessibility and wasn’t practical for the day-to-day demands of the business.

We started by removing the existing box, then relocated the current side sections further forward before designing and fabricating a new set of compact rear sides tailored specifically to the truck’s set up.

Everything was custom built from aluminium in-house and professionally installed onsite.

Just finished up this custom Cable Reel Holder for a local sparky 🔥

Built to the exact size and setup the customer wanted, ready to bolt straight into the back of the canopy. Keeps all the reels secure, organised and stops them rolling around between job sites 👌

Another tidy custom build wrapped up 👌

This one’s a full 316 stainless cabinet and bench setup with an integrated table, built tough for a fishing boat. Designed to handle the harsh marine environment while keeping everything organised and functional out on the water.

Featuring:
• Full stainless construction for corrosion resistance
• Lockable storage with internal shelving
• Clean, flush-mounted latches
• Solid timber table top for a practical work/prep area
• Custom layout to suit the customer’s setup

Managed to actually grab a few photos of this one for a change 😅

This job came in with some decent damage from a not so great tow truck driver, plus a door that was never quite right from factory. We cut out and repaired the large hole, then spent the time getting that door sitting properly and working as it should.

Bit of effort in this one, but it came up mint in the end 👌 Another solid repair done and dusted, and most importantly another happy customer.

Bit of a catch-up post, been flat out lately and completely dropped the ball on getting photos of the finished work 🤦‍♂️

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s been through the shop:

🔧 Full floor replacement and rust repairs on a front-end loader bucket for a local farmer. Brought it back to solid working condition and ready for plenty more hours in the paddock.

🚧 Traffic sign holder rack repaired and a brand new frame built for an LED arrow board on a traffic control truck for Synergy Traffic Management. Stronger, cleaner, and built to last.

🧰 Repairs on an aluminium storage box for a returning customer, always appreciate the repeat work!
