Inverell Bearing Centre are looking for a Spare Parts Interpreter to fill a busy role within our diverse business. The role will include, but not limited to; greeting customers for over-the-counter spare parts sales, sourcing and ordering parts and answering incoming phone calls.
The successful applicant will:
路 Interpret customer鈥檚 parts requirements at the counter and over the phone.
路 Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers.
路 Source and order parts from suppliers.
路 Raise purchase orders and prepare quotes and invoices.
路 Count, reorder and unpack Stock.
Requirements:
路 Experience as a Parts Interpreter, or in a similar role, in the Agricultural, Hydraulic Hose and Fittings, Domestic Water Pump Industry or Automotive Industry, would be an advantage but not essential.
路 Be self-motivated and display initiative and be reliable.
路 Hold a current Driver's License.
路 Displays high customer service skills.
路 High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
路 Computer literate.
路 Maintain a neat and tidy appearance in the workplace.
路 Be Physically fit, and non-smoking.
This role is Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
