This is our Office Manager, Jess. She has been with us for several years – starting as an Office Admin Assistant, and now in her current role as Office Manager, she makes sure our business back-of-house runs smoothly.

Jess says that work/life balance is one of the greatest benefits of working at Bigweld. She also says the team genuinely care about each other and want to support each other to get the best out of every day.
