Throwing it back to one of our favourite renovation projects.

Completed a few years ago, this transformation remains a great example of how thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail can completely reshape a home. From the initial planning stages through to the final finishes, every element of this renovation was carefully considered to create a space that is both functional and timeless.

Jak Allie Constructions is looking for a motivated 1st year carpentry apprentice to join our growing team.

We specialise in high-end residential homes, architectural builds and renovations.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Hard working
• Punctual and reliable
• Keen to learn
• Physically fit
• Motivated and takes pride in their work

Requirements:
• Driver’s licence
• Own vehicle

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work on high-quality projects alongside an experienced team passionate about craftsmanship and detail.

A few recent progress shots from our Sandford project, .

This project is continuing to take shape with a strong focus on detail, craftsmanship and material selection throughout every stage of the build. Seeing the design come together on site after months of planning is always one of the most rewarding parts of the process.

We’re incredibly proud of the work our team and trades have put into this project so far. From the structural elements through to the finer architectural details, every part of this build has been approached with care and precision.

More updates to come as project continues to evolve.

Renovation transformation complete 🔨

This home has been completely updated with a new kitchen, dining area, bathroom and outdoor living space, creating a much more open and functional layout.

The original layout felt closed off and didn’t make the most of the available space, particularly between the indoor living areas and the outdoor entertaining area.

Our renovation focused on improving the flow of the home by upgrading the key living spaces and creating a better connection to the new outdoor area, making it ideal for both everyday living and entertaining.

The finished result is a modern, practical living space that works beautifully for the owners and adds long-term value to the home.

Ruby House | Pool Progress 💧

Our project is taking shape - and this off-form concrete swimming pool is something special. Intricately designed and constructed with curved steps, precise rebates for the pool cover, and an architectural finish ready for glass mosaic tiles.

Framing is well underway on this stunning new home.

This custom build captures everything we love about building in Tasmania - clean design, natural light, and those incredible coastal views of the bay!

We can’t wait to see this one take shape over the next few months.

Loving how the circular cut-outs over the veranda are taking shape – these will bring in some beautiful natural light and create a striking architectural feature 🌞✨
