Infrastructure update: Sisters Beach

The Sisters Beach project is nearing completion.

What’s being done?
The contractors have finished all the major concrete works and are now installing the fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) decking, stainless-steel handrail, and other minor hardware.

It is likely the facility will be open in the first week of June, if not earlier.

MAST thanks the residents of the Sisters Beach area and boaters who use this facility for their patience during this major facility upgrade.

Once finished, the improvement works will make the Sisters Beach facility safer for all users.

And remember, the facilities section of the MAST website lists marine facilities around the state and is a handy resource if you are heading out on the water in an unfamiliar area.
