Biomonitoring International Pty. Ltd. BioMonitoring International brings together over 35 years of experience in using terrestrial invertebrates as bioindicators of environmental conditions.

Company principals have experience in West Africa, South Africa, Brazil, China and throughout most of Australia, particularly the Pilbara and South West Regions. BioMonitoring International runs a fully-equipped entomology laboratory, ready to undertake invertebrate surveys in Australia and overseas. They also have access to a world-wide network of specialists who can assist in identification of i

nsect and other invertebrate material. BioMonitoring International offers a range of services, focusing on baseline and post-development invertebrate surveys which evaluate environmental health and progress with restoration. It also offers expertise in mine closure plans and completion criteria. BioMonitoring International can also subcontract to other consulting or resource companies by designing surveys, providing sampling materials and equipment, sorting and identifying the material, analyzing data, and reporting results. A proof-reading and document quality assessment service can also be provided.

Biomonitoring International undertakes environmental surveys and monitoring programs using terrestrial invertebrate bioindicators. Our scientists have had major involvements in significant national and international projects.
Our team is specializing in surveys for: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); Environmental Review and Management Programmes (ERMP); and Public Environmental Reviews (PER). Our specialists are familiar with Australian and WA environmental legislation, including EP Act 1986; WC Act 1950 and EPBC Act 1999.
