The top dressing has now been completed, the vinyl flooring is in, and outside, the landscaping has been marked out ready for the next stage. 🌿

It’s all those finishing touches that really bring a home together, and we can’t wait to see this one completely finished.

🏡 PROGRESS UPDATE | SENIOR AVENUE, URANGAN

It’s time we introduced you to another beautiful Blue Gecko Homes build taking shape right here in Urangan! 🦎💙

We may be a little behind on sharing this one, but there has certainly been plenty happening on site.

A special milestone was reached when the roof was completed, and at our homeowners’ request, we celebrated with a traditional white flag ceremony. 🏳️ Aaron had the honour of raising the flag to mark the occasion — a lovely little moment in the journey of building their new home.

Since then, progress has continued at a great pace. Plastering is complete, the brickies are on site and underway, and this home is really starting to come together. 🧱🏡

We absolutely love watching each home transform from plans on paper into something our customers can finally walk through and imagine themselves living in.

We can’t wait to see this one come to life — and we’ll be sure to keep you updated from here! 💙

This beautiful acreage home is really starting to come together!

The cladding is nearly complete, the rendering is well underway, and you can really start to see the character of this gorgeous home taking shape. With its generous proportions and beautiful façade, it’s going to be an absolute standout once finished. 🏡✨

And how good is this weather! ☀️🌿 Spring has certainly arrived here on the Fraser Coast — perfect building weather.

Progress continues on another Blue Gecko Homes project, with site preparation now underway and the house pad being carefully cut and prepared.

🌿This is an important stage in the construction process, creating the foundation for the next phase of the build.

Today was a very special day at Blue Gecko Homes Hervey Bay as we handed over another beautiful new home in Toogoom! 🎉

Our customers were absolutely thrilled with their new home and, most importantly, so happy with the entire building process from start to finish. 💙
