Finally had a crack at some chainsaw chain Damascus. This bade is made from a harvester chain( 404. )
Which is one of the biggest chainsaw chains you can get. It was cut into 9 pieces about 150mm long and tac welded on the ends then forge welded together. Cheers to Ado for getting the chain to me and giving me a hand 😁
The handle is made from hairy oak and set with brass pins.

Blade made from a old torsion bar (5160) with a bit of copper and n**e steel Gaurd
