Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the fabrication process, including job pack creation, purchasing, scheduling, fabrication, shipping, and supplier management.
Engage with clients to manage timelines and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate production activities, collaborating with project engineers, estimators, workshop supervisors, and the Managing Director.
Read and interpret design drawings, shop detail drawings, and ISO/P&ID schematics to guide project ex*****on.
Maintain document control processes and ensure proper implementation.
Conduct QA/QC duties and compile Manufacturers Data Reports (MDRs).
Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to plan procurement and maintain stock availability.
Handle general administration duties and provide operational support as needed.
Assist in managing project costs, variations, and budgeting.
Apply strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills to daily operations.
Be available for site visits and travel when required.
Skills & Experience Required:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
✔️ Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze customer requirements and propose solutions
✔️ Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work both independently and within a team
✔️ Willing to travel to site locations as needed
✔️ Practical, hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving
✔️ Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks 3D
