Built for a coal preparation plant in Vietnam, this unit is designed to handle highly abrasive coal slurry conditions with confidence. A KHEE impeller and chrome iron liners deliver the performance required on site.

To maximise reliability and extend wear life, the pump features:
• Seal kit materials specifically suited to hydrocarbon in coal slurries
• Extra Seal expeller seal for higher suction pressure capability
• Ceramic-lined expeller ring for improved durability
• Karbide solid tungsten carbide sleeve to minimise wear

All of this is supported by the proven KETO build:
• Intrinsically guarded gland (KGBA)

Our transport frames are built to take the risk out of handling bare shaft pumps - combining safe lifting, easy transport, and a solid maintenance platform all in one. 💪

With forklift tyne slots and dedicated crane lifting points, there’s no need for unsafe slinging around the pump or using bolt holes that were never designed for lifting.

No wasted time on site. ⏱️

The K-BHT™ Bore Handling Trailer was a custom build to work with 6m FRP lengths. The boom extends during operation, the cage hinges out, allowing the operators to work under the protection from any falling objects while working over the bore hole.

The reel manages the power and sensor cables some Bore holes are now passing 160m, it is a considerable amount of electrical sensing cable to wind up during a bore pump pull. The torpedo winch is also integrated into the K-BHT design.

We have developed a faster, safer, and simpler way of managing the process when servicing Bore Pumps using 6m FRP lengths. KETO has been manufacturing trailers for Bore Pumps using Lay Flat hose for more than a decade, however working with FRP lengths is a first, but it’s shown to be so good, a second K-BHT is under construction.

With smooth multi-speed control, and a smart cassette reel interchangeability system, it keeps operations moving without the usual headaches of clumsy tedious and time consuming.
