Ingot Foundry is structured to handle both jobbing and production orders in either green or hard sand castings. Green sand enables us to manufacture smaller components cost-effectively, while larger components, up to 300 kg, are moulded in hard sand. Our induction furnaces ensure precise heating and protect against the loss of valuable alloying elements.

The metals we use include non-ferrous aluminium, bronze, manganese bronze, aluminium bronze, phosphor bronze, and gunmetal. Non-ferrous metals tend to be used for their desirable properties, including lightweight, high conductivity, non-magnetic properties, or corrosion resistance.
