Our team gathered for something a little different. We welcomed a special guest speaker in Health and Safety who didn’t just talk about safety protocols but reminded us why they matter. Through real stories and practical insights, we explored not only how to keep our workplace safe, but also how to look after our own mental health and wellbeing.

It was a powerful reminder that safety goes beyond the workshop floor — it lives in how we support one another, how we listen, and how we show up every day. Because when we care for our teammates as much as our tools and equipment, we build more than just projects — we build a stronger, safer Weld East family.

What a fantastic way to celebrate the midyear!

The Weld East team stepped away from computer screens and the workshop to enjoy a well-deserved break together. It was all about good food, plenty of laughs, and great conversations – the perfect chance to recharge and connect outside of work.
