🔧 Workshop Supervisor – Fabrication & Engineering (Hastings VIC)
Starting 1 December 2025
We’re a small, family-run fabrication and engineering business looking for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead our team.
You’ll be overseeing daily workshop operations, organising jobs and materials, mentoring apprentices, and making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.
What We’re Looking For
• Trade-qualified fabricator/welder
• Confident reading drawings & coordinating jobs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Great attitude and attention to detail
