Here’s some engraving and protective film vaporisation we’ve added to a cut file as part of a job. A scratch free finish is important for this customer, so we’ve vaporised the protective film around the edge of the parts to allow welding without melding the protective film, but still protecting the rest of the sheet from scratches. We’ve also etched stitch weld locations as an added touch!

Watch one of our skilled engineers program a sheet of 4mm GR250 steel for our 3kw laser cutter. Our laser will cut this sheet with high pressure nitrogen at 4000mm/min!
