Here’s a recent project we completed for a lovely family in the Echelon Estate.

This 1.8m high front fence offers both security and outstanding street appeal. This one had it all — fixed panels, PA gates, side access gates, and fully automated swing driveway gates.

🎳 **Team Time at Neal’s Engineering Solutions!**

This afternoon we swapped the tools for bowling balls and headed out for a bit of friendly competition with the crew. It was great to get everyone together outside of the workshop, share a few laughs, and see who really has the best aim! 😄

At Neal’s Engineering Solutions we know a strong team isn’t just built on hard work — it’s also built on good times and great people.

Thanks to the team for a fantastic afternoon. Safe to say there were a few strikes, a few gutter balls, and plenty of laughs along the way!

We are a family-run business based in Gympie and are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
· General fabrication and welding work
· Workshop and occasional on-site work
· Reading and interpreting plans
· Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

What We’re Looking For:
· Trade-qualified Boilermaker (or relevant experience)
· MIG/TIG welding experience (preferred S/S & Aluminium)
· Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
· Current driver’s licence

What We Offer:
· Above award wages paid (based on experience)
· Stable, full-time employment

Thanks to the incredible support from our community, we’ve not only reached but smashed our fundraising goal of $5,000 in support of breast cancer awareness!
