Congratulations to our National Sales Manager, Randall Collins, on an incredible 30 years with A&G Engineering.
Randall’s journey with A&G began in 1996 in the Griffith Machine Shop as a fresh-faced Apprentice Fitter and Turner. After completing his apprenticeship, he moved into the A&G Drafting Office as a Draftsman, where he spent four years honing his technical expertise and gaining invaluable experience across both small- and large-scale tank farm projects for customers nationwide.
It was during this time that Randall’s natural problem-solving ability and commitment to truly understanding customer needs became evident.
When the opportunity arose to step into a Sales Engineer role in South Australia, Randall took the leap, relocating to the Barossa Valley to lead business development in the region. He had big shoes to fill, following in the footsteps of A&G founder and wine industry visionary Ron Potter, who had dedicated significant focus to the area. Under Ron’s mentorship and with the support of the A&G leadership team, Randall embraced the challenge and excelled, refining his sales expertise while continuing to support workshop operations and customer outcomes.
Returning to Griffith as a Business Development Manager, Randall became a highly respected senior presence within the business. In recent years, he has been appointed National Sales Manager and now serves on the A&G Leadership Team. Across the industry, he is recognised as an innovative, honest and trusted expert.
Supported every step of the way by his wife Elisha and their three children, Jack, Max and Annie, Randall’s career is a testament to the power of dedication, talent and a genuine commitment to supporting Australian manufacturing.
On behalf of the A&G shareholders and team, a big congratulations to Randall on this remarkable milestone.
