This brand new 2026 Toyota HiAce came to us for a complete fit-out for a client who spends a lot of time travelling for work and needed a vehicle that was practical, comfortable and ready for long days on the road.

All accessories, electrical work and custom fabrication were supplied, fitted and completed in-house by the team at Peel Exhaust & Towbar Centre.

The first custom twin 3” Y62 Catback fabricated at Peel Exhaust 🔥

This vehicle became the development/prototype build for what is now our upcoming premium twin 3” stainless Catback system with LHS & RHS exits.

The prototype system was built to perfect the overall design, routing and clearances of the extremely tight Y62 underbody layout. From this, we’ve now refined the setup further for future customer systems.

Our production systems will feature:
✔ Twin 3” stainless mandrel bent tubing
✔ True twin Catback design
✔ Stainless twin in / twin out centre muffler
✔ Dual rear 3” stainless hotdogs
✔ Choice of stainless or black exhaust tips
✔ Precision fabricated LHS & RHS exits

Due to the tight clearances and precision required underneath the Y62 platform, these systems take approximately a full day of fabrication and fitment to complete correctly.

These are not off-the-shelf systems — each one is custom fabricated and fitted in-house at Peel Exhaust.
