Another game changing machine set up and delivered to my nephew and his wife in Queensland. Congratulations to Tony and Bec Kielly from Kielly Concrete Pumping, Jimboomba. They have taken delivery of one of the most advanced line pumps ever put together and sold in Australia. It has a true 100 metres per hour output and pushes concrete up to 90 bar concrete pressure. The 100 % sealed swing tube runs a fully automatic greasing system, greasing front and rear bearings. The hopper outlet is seperate from the outlet bearing. The hopper outlet can not force concrete slurry through the bearing at all. Meaning no chrome sleeves to replace every time the outlet seal leaks through the outlet bearing. We have fitted the ACESS cordless remote control that has the usual features including flow contol and remote blow out but what is the real game changer is the remote adjustable anti kick/ soft push. This feature give the operator the ability to turn the kick in the hose all the way down to no kick at all. No more hoses damaging everything they kick against. Zoomlion have mastered the anti kick/ soft push and we are very happy with the results. We have been to Brisbane and were on site for the first pour and we are supper happy with the result. I am so happy for Tony and Bec because they have put in a lot of hard work to get to this stage and buy a new machine. I have been in the concrete pumping industry since the 80’s and I know and believe 100 percent that they have taken owneship of the best all round line pump ever sold in Australia. Good machinery brings good customers and work so we will all be watching this crew kick on in 2026.
