Big shout out of thanks to Stacey and Chris from Prime Concrete Placing Service for their continued support. They have now had the 4 th custom Zoomlion pump delivered and I recon this one is our best to date. The Zoomlion pump is a very well built machine but it arrives in Australia from the factory in China lacking is the basic user friendly options and that’s where we come in to our own. This pump arrived with full length water tanks on the deck and that left no room for the basics like hoses,reducers,slurry buckets etc. ACESS transformed this 36 and made a place for everything need on the machine. It has separated drop hose rack, long hose rack and brackets which allow to only take off what you need to use. The reducers are stored in a separate compartment under the drop hose and a couple of sliding drawers for the smaller items. We moved the air greaser back out the way. Fitted 2 air tanks between the pump chassis rails which leaves a clear room to store timber bearers. We moved the oil surge accumulator in behind the oil cooler and made a protective aluminium cover for the hydraulic oil cooler. Moved the tail lights to under the rear steps. Made a aluminium tail light and number plate bracket for the rear of the hopper. Moved the rear control panel from under the back of the rear outrigger to under the top rear rhs step. Fabricated rear decks from aluminium tread plate. Lots more extras as well. Take a look at the pictures. I’ll follow this post with a video.
