Jumbo Screen Hooked Up In The Jimny! 🖥️

Andrew’s 2023 Suzuki Jimny 3 Door was in need of a tech and display upgrade as the OEM system had early signs of failure with a portion of dead pixels smack bang in the centre of the screen, and intermittent wired CarPlay drop outs… 😓 📵

Our Pioneer 10” solution for 2019-Current model Suzuki Jimny 3, and 5 door models was the perfect answer to Andrew’s needs to replace the damaged 7” display and massively improve functionality and connectivity! 😍 📲

This system features a vibrant 10.1” HD display, integrated Luminous LED bar for interactive visual cues via navigation, voice control, and customisable ambient lighting with media sync mode - in case you feel like having your own private Jimniac rave while blasting Darude - Sandstorm on the beach with your mates… 😎 🔊 🎹 🎶

Built in Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto completely upgrade the user experience, this system also offers a quality wired connection via USB with superior charging output, whilst retaining the original USB port a seamless integration!🔋 📲

Our custom solution for the new screen mounts directly against the face of a factory style fascia panel, and provides an integrated OEM look on the dash - much like the Jimny XL & 2026 Jimny 3 door’s factory mounted display systems. 🤩 👌

Crystal Clear Beats In The BT-50! 🔊 😍

This properly off road kitted Mazda BT-50 was recently in the shop to upgrade the factory front speakers with added sound deadening to bring clarity and precision to the front sound stage! 👌

The MUSWAY MC series 6x9” component speakers with 1” silk dome tweeters were the pick for this upgrade along with our 3D printed tweeter + speaker mounts, and plug & play speaker plugs to provide a clean OEM style plug & play upgrade! 🪛

The factory doors on this Mazda - like many other late model 4x4’s don’t do much for sound quality, offering an environment about as good as an empty Milo tin for a speaker enclosure… 😅 😣

Our workshop team fully sound deadened the front doors to make them perform like solid enclosures for the new speakers, with drastically lowered resonance and a tighter controlled bass profile from the freshly installed 6x9” woofers! 🔊

Big Bass in the Electric VeeDub! 🔊 ⚡️ 🔋

Rick’s brand new Volkswagen ID.BUZZ electric van was recently in the shop for a tasteful upgrade with the GCCS team. 😎

Most modern vehicles (especially EV’s) have minimal sound treatment in the doors if any, and due to the large hollow metal shell - they are generally quite noisy and not great for sound quality. 👎

We fully sound deadened both front doors with STP Black Gold material inside and out and applied Audio System Silence Fleece damping/anti vibration material to the door cards, to further reduce rattles and ambient noise transfer! 😍

The factory speakers were ‘ok enough’ for Rick’s taste (for now 😉) and the speakers sounded much cleaner and warmer with the sound deadening applied, the bass output from the factory system overall was still lacking though… 👇

We installed an MTX Mono Amplifier behind the factory paneling out of sight to keep the install clean, along with a high quality line output converter and dash mounted bass control dial - to provide clean signal with volume adjustment before the amplifier and subwoofer! 🎚️

Rick’s buzz is painted with the classic blue and white colour scheme, throwing back to the original Volkswagen Type 2 Kombi/Bus - So it was only fitting that he arranged the custom subwoofer and storage boxes to be paint matched in the same blue metallic exterior colour as his new van! 😍 👌

Stylish Sound In The Panelvan! 🔊

This 1977 Ford XC Falcon Van was brought to us for a custom audio package, with the main request to keep the dash stock and unmodified - whilst adding bluetooth connectivity, speakers and amplifier, and a clean install so the vehicles interior looks were not compromised. 🧐

With all this in mind our team came up with some fantastic solutions to tick every box, and provide amazing sound with simple connectivity, and a custom install resulting in an interior just about as close to original as you can get - allowing everything to be reversible if required. 🪛

We kicked off the install by fully sound deadening the front kick panels and inner panels of the rear quarter’s, before fabricating custom speaker pods front and rear - with the fronts behind the original kick panels and rear panels wrapped in plush charcoal vinyl to house the new rear speaker setup, using the factory access panel mounting to facilitate a seamless, clean install. 😍

Morel Maximo Ultra 4” speakers fill the front cab area, whilst the Maximo Ultra 6x9” coaxial speakers drive astounding volume and bass in the rear - amazing sound from such a simple speaker setup! 🔊 😮

The MUSWAY Mini4S Smart amplifier delivers 4 x 120RMS to the speakers via direct - high quality Bluetooth streaming, with control of the sound system and music via the optional DSP/Smart Amplifier controller. The MUSWAY myCON features a crystal clear AMOLED touch screen for music playback, and an external volume dial with integrated colour backlight for a sleek looking user friendly interface! 💪 😎

Slick Beats In The Swift Sport 🚘 🔊

Dan’s 2024 Suzuki Swift Sport needed a tasteful, clean audio install that didn’t compromise on available boot space whatsoever - We put together a fantastic sound quality system with Audison & Musway products for an amazing result! 👌

The doors were fully sound deadened with STP Sonora Multi Layer damping and absorbing material and STP Black Gold Deadening to hush the noise and tighten up the bass. 💪

The Audison Voce II 6.5” component speakers were installed in the front with the new tweeters flush mounted on the original panels, and Audison Prima Power woofers were installed in the rear for a cohesive and punchy midbass profile throughout! 🔊

The Musway M6 Pro 6 x 120rms DSP amplifier runs the speaker system active with advanced sound processing and high quality analogue to digital converters onboard for amazingly clean signal, time corrected & equalised audio on every speaker. 💻 🤓

Keeping the install discrete, we opted for the Musway MF108A 8” active subwoofer enclosure, which fitted perfectly under the passenger seat with minimal effect to the rear seat floorspace and provides deep punchy bass right from the middle of the car - perfectly blending the low and mid frequencies throughout! 🔊

We also upgraded Dan’s Swift with a new 9” Head unit package and Camera system for improved connectivity and safety - a much needed addition to complete the entire package in this small but mighty hot hatch. 🚗 💨

Just over a year since we completed this Epiccc custom install in The Little Rig for Daz! 🔊

👉 GCCS Kenwood 9” Head unit Upgrade, Musway 10” Subwoofer & DSP amplifier on a custom panel with lighting - and Sound deadening on the doors with our Hertz 6.5” speaker kit installed!

All in a day’s work! 😎

Radical Sound In The Raging Bull! 🔊 🇮🇹

This wild Lamborghini Huracan STO was recently in the shop for an epic speaker upgrade and sound deadening treatment! 👌

We stripped the doors down and deadened the door skins with STP Black Gold to reduce resonance and vibrations, as well as adding 6mm damping foam to the rear of the door cards to further reduce noise transfer and quiten down the cabin. 🤫

The factory speakers in the Huracan leave a lot to be desired, so we installed the Morel IP-UNI82 8” Component speakers in the doors and new tweeters in the dash with our in house custom designed and 3D printed speaker brackets and tweeter mounts for Huracan! 😎 🪛

Not only was this a massive sound quality improvement, providing definition and clarity through the midrange and high frequencies which the factory system simply couldn’t reproduce - but the mid bass and low frequency response was immensely enhanced with punchy - tight bass that filled the cabin with louder, cleaner sound! 🔊
