Stylish Sound In The Panelvan! 🔊

This 1977 Ford XC Falcon Van was brought to us for a custom audio package, with the main request to keep the dash stock and unmodified - whilst adding bluetooth connectivity, speakers and amplifier, and a clean install so the vehicles interior looks were not compromised. 🧐

With all this in mind our team came up with some fantastic solutions to tick every box, and provide amazing sound with simple connectivity, and a custom install resulting in an interior just about as close to original as you can get - allowing everything to be reversible if required. 🪛

We kicked off the install by fully sound deadening the front kick panels and inner panels of the rear quarter’s, before fabricating custom speaker pods front and rear - with the fronts behind the original kick panels and rear panels wrapped in plush charcoal vinyl to house the new rear speaker setup, using the factory access panel mounting to facilitate a seamless, clean install. 😍

Morel Maximo Ultra 4” speakers fill the front cab area, whilst the Maximo Ultra 6x9” coaxial speakers drive astounding volume and bass in the rear - amazing sound from such a simple speaker setup! 🔊 😮

The MUSWAY Mini4S Smart amplifier delivers 4 x 120RMS to the speakers via direct - high quality Bluetooth streaming, with control of the sound system and music via the optional DSP/Smart Amplifier controller. The MUSWAY myCON features a crystal clear AMOLED touch screen for music playback, and an external volume dial with integrated colour backlight for a sleek looking user friendly interface! 💪 😎

Slick Beats In The Swift Sport 🚘 🔊

Dan’s 2024 Suzuki Swift Sport needed a tasteful, clean audio install that didn’t compromise on available boot space whatsoever - We put together a fantastic sound quality system with Audison & Musway products for an amazing result! 👌

The doors were fully sound deadened with STP Sonora Multi Layer damping and absorbing material and STP Black Gold Deadening to hush the noise and tighten up the bass. 💪

The Audison Voce II 6.5” component speakers were installed in the front with the new tweeters flush mounted on the original panels, and Audison Prima Power woofers were installed in the rear for a cohesive and punchy midbass profile throughout! 🔊

The Musway M6 Pro 6 x 120rms DSP amplifier runs the speaker system active with advanced sound processing and high quality analogue to digital converters onboard for amazingly clean signal, time corrected & equalised audio on every speaker. 💻 🤓

Keeping the install discrete, we opted for the Musway MF108A 8” active subwoofer enclosure, which fitted perfectly under the passenger seat with minimal effect to the rear seat floorspace and provides deep punchy bass right from the middle of the car - perfectly blending the low and mid frequencies throughout! 🔊

We also upgraded Dan’s Swift with a new 9” Head unit package and Camera system for improved connectivity and safety - a much needed addition to complete the entire package in this small but mighty hot hatch. 🚗 💨

Radical Sound In The Raging Bull! 🔊 🇮🇹

This wild Lamborghini Huracan STO was recently in the shop for an epic speaker upgrade and sound deadening treatment! 👌

We stripped the doors down and deadened the door skins with STP Black Gold to reduce resonance and vibrations, as well as adding 6mm damping foam to the rear of the door cards to further reduce noise transfer and quiten down the cabin. 🤫

The factory speakers in the Huracan leave a lot to be desired, so we installed the Morel IP-UNI82 8” Component speakers in the doors and new tweeters in the dash with our in house custom designed and 3D printed speaker brackets and tweeter mounts for Huracan! 😎 🪛

Not only was this a massive sound quality improvement, providing definition and clarity through the midrange and high frequencies which the factory system simply couldn’t reproduce - but the mid bass and low frequency response was immensely enhanced with punchy - tight bass that filled the cabin with louder, cleaner sound! 🔊

Godzilla gets a ‘Top Secret’ Audio Upgrade! 🔊

This amazing Top Secret modified R35 GT-R was in dire need of new speakers to bring the factory Bose audio system back to life. 🔇 😕

The Bose speakers in the R35 are made of paper thin material, so with a good amount of moisture build up in the doors - the center of the speakers tear away from the wet paper cone, leaving the main door speakers essentially inaudible… 📃 👎

We stripped out the original speakers and drooping weather shields, cleaned the exposed surfaces and completely sound deadened the doors inside and out with STP Black Gold. 🪛 👌

To bring the sound system back to life better than ever, we installed new Audison Prima 2ohm speakers to match the factory speaker load on the amp and drastically improve sound quality and bass output! 🔊 😍

Our 3D printed spacer design for this install has been refined for Front speaker upgrades in the Nissan R35 GT-R, R34 Skyline, S15 Silvia - and Front & Rear fitment in the Nissan C34 Stagea wagon! 🤓 🇯🇵

Sound, Screen & Safety in the Jimny Lite! 🚙

Linelle’s 2022 Suzuki Jimny Lite was in the shop recently for a complete upgrade package with a new head unit, reverse camera and audio install. 📲 👌

We sound deadened the front doors with STP Black Silver and installed our entry level Hertz front & rear speaker upgrade to enhance the clarity and boost the volume through the whole car! 🔊

The original Bluetooth and CD player system was removed to make way for the Kenwood DMX723WS multimedia system with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. 📲 🛜

We put together a stunning Piano Black fascia panel & custom mounting solution for this install to make the new extra wide touch screen system look right at home in the dash! 🪛 🤩

The factory USB port & steering wheel controls were retained, and a Pioneer reverse camera was installed on the rear bumper to improve visibility and safety while reversing. 😎 👌

Turn ‘UP THE MIGHTY BRONCO!’ 🔊 🐴

Jesse’s Classic ‘88 Ford Bronco was recently in for a tasty sound system upgrade. We put together a complete audio package to keep the tunes pumping in his old school SUV. 😎

Sound Deadening was applied to the front doors and rear quarter panels to reduce road noise, rattles, and lift the over all clarity for epic sound throughout - on or off the road! 🫡

Audio System MXC 5.25” coaxial speakers were perfect option to fill the front with crisp high frequencies, defined midrange, and a surprising amount of bass for their size! 👌

Our technicians fabricated new inserts for the original rear speaker pods, and installed the Audison Prima 6.5” coaxial speakers to boost volume and clarity in the rear, and fill out the low frequencies for a fuller sound all round. 🤩

A Kenwood Head Unit in the dash provides simple connectivity and fantastic audio quality, along with an MTX 5 channel amplifier neatly mounted under the drivers seat - to power the entire sound system with ease! 💪 📈

The Audison Prima 10” Subwoofer fills the cabin with deep punchy bass and maintains the functionality of the cargo area, with more than enough room left for a slab of Milton Mango’s or two… 😉 🔊
