We now have four main constructions in our range, with each engineered to specifically complement certain types of surfers, boards and conditions:

Jason has been instrumental in fine tuning each technology - and like all of our and factory staff, he's constantly evaluating which construction & board he'd choose based on the waves on offer, and the type of surfing he's aiming for.

Waves 1-3ft (knee to head high)
HYFI3 Sub Xero

When conditions are weak, or you need the flex of the board to help generate extra speed and do some of the work for you, HYFI3 is an incredible option. Available in our Fun Series grovellers like the Flame Fish up to our Daily Series all-rounders, including the flagship Xero Gravity.
Waves 1-4ft (knee to overhead)

We wanted a step-down option that feels more similar in flex patterns to our favourite traditional PU boards than the other premium technologies. Both fast and lightweight, to further enhance our Fun Series models, along with anything else you'd choose via custom order.
Waves 2-6ft (waist to well overhead)
CarboTune Xero Gravity
6'0" x 19 3/4" x 2 1/2" x 32L
Our strongest technology benefits from more energy than the previous constructions, whether from the surfer or the wave.
Waves 3-8ft (chest to double overhead +)
PU Monsta

When the waves get bigger and more powerful, there's still nothing quite like PU. The extra weight and natural dampening help the board sit lower in the water, hold a rail through high-speed turns and stay controlled when the surface gets bumpy or wind-affected. You'll notice that drive and control most in steep drops, down the line on a long wall, and in the moments when you need total trust in your equipment.
