Such an interesting perspective and insight into Joseph Pilates life and journey!!

I found this book a riot of jarring perspectives, inspiring realities, and captivating storytelling. It definitely helped me position who fits where in the pilates story, and it described the colourful beginnings of Pilates in a way that makes me appreciate the incredible innovation and work of Joseph and Clara Pilates that much more!
And it makes me beyond proud to be part of the BASI Pilates Family as a BASI Pilates Instructor. 🤍

I help men and women regain strength and flexibility through Pilates and wellness practices that improve posture, tone the nervous system and activate our movements mindfully.

• I am very excited to share with you, that I will be offering regular Mat Pilates classes, each Tuesday and Friday at the Tallebudgera Community Hall.

Classes begin in June, with FREE CLASSES on the 4th & 7th of June. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.

Classes are suitable to all ages and levels. I’ve prepared Mat Pilates classes that aim to revive and re-energize, and most importantly to release tension, improve pain zones and optimize posture and ease of movement.

TUESDAYS 4pm
FRIDAYS 9am

$40 per month unlimited or $15 per casual class.
Cash or Card are accepted onsite.
