A brand-new tray and drawbar built for this dog trailer, designed with purpose and built to work hard.

Custom made to carry a water tank for one of the busiest blokes in town, this tray was built with functionality and efficiency front of mind. Featuring 8 secure pick-up points for the tank, plus front and rear platforms to mount pumps and water transfer lines, this setup is ready to handle the demands of the job.

It was a snug fit, but with a custom mounting bracket fabricated to suit, we’ve secured it properly and can confidently send this setup out the door knowing it’s built to stay put.

This unit was installed alongside a custom steel arm with roller guides designed to assist in pulling the tinny up onto the roof racks — practical, strong, and built to work.

A few fuel storage solutions being fabricated last week.

1st fuel solution - secured to a frame that can bolted onto the ute and lockable but also compatible to move with forklift.

2nd fuel solution - frame to hold 500l tank, accessible to drive 4x4 underneath.

3rd fuel solution - 90l aluminium tank made to fit within a small space an bolt down to ute.

We built a sub frame using aluminium structural C channel to house a compressor and a 3mm aluminium reel box for Oxy and air reels.

Includes a spacious door for easy access and a separate reel access door, all set to be mounted and put to work.
