Today we took some time out at UEM to recognise R U OK? Day.

We spend a lot of time together at work, and sometimes we're the first to notice when a teammate isn't quite themselves.

You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes simply asking “Are you OK?”, genuinely listening and checking in again can make a difference.

So today, we grabbed some cake, had a coffee and made time for a yarn.
