CNC Lathe Machinist Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes
Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting
Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances
Manual Lathe Machinist Responsibilities:
Operate conventional/manual lathes
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Perform precision measurements and adjustments
Maintain high-quality workmanship on custom and small-batch jobs
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in CNC and/or manual machining
Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
