Was good to get this sexy VN back in the shop this week for a check over. Been 4 years since we put this one together. Lots of Lowe Fabrications on this car. Starting at the front, transcooler mount, custom radiator cover, LS conversion kit with Tuff Mounts on a V6 k frame, custom fuel tank, Astra power steering bracket, battery box, VF GTS brake conversion, VT booster, shifter drop box all Powdercoated in house in Oxytech. We also fitted the Air Ride Suspension Supplies air bag kit. In the engine bay we dressed up the Ls with our billet head plates, billet rocker covers, custom made the billet trumpets designed by Dean Fiumara, oil catch can and finished it off with on of our fibreglass wiper motor covers.

If you’re planning to install a fuel cell in your VE–VF Commodore, this Boot Floor Panel from Lowe Fabrications is the clean, functional solution you need.

The factory boot floor uses a plastic utensil tray that must be removed when fitting a cell or custom tank. Lowe Fabrications’ panel replaces it with a 4mm thick laser-cut aluminium sheet, providing a strong, flat surface that bolts directly into the factory mounting holes.

Ideal for mounting a fuel cell, custom fuel tank, or simply blanking off the boot floor for a neater appearance, this panel is precision cut in-house from high-quality raw aluminium. It’s designed for strength and simplicity — no unnecessary frills, just solid, functional engineering.

Please note: removing the factory plastic tray is not a quick job, as Holden used strong adhesive from factory. Allow sufficient time for proper removal and prep before fitting your new panel.

Keep your early Commodore engine bay clean and functional with Lowe Fabrications’ Commodore Catch Can to suit VB, VC, VH, VK, and VL models.

Designed to mount neatly in the factory fuse box location, this catch can is perfect for performance builds, LS conversions, or restorations where space and presentation matter. Each can is built in-house from quality materials and finished in a durable satin black powdercoat for a tidy OEM-plus appearance.

Standard features include a genuine K&N breather filter, internal baffles for superior oil separation, and -12AN female fittings for inlet/outlet plus a -10AN drain fitting for easy servicing. Custom finishes are available on request — choose raw alloy or select a colour to suit your build. Also, Sealed Blanking plates as well as a Dual -12 AN out plate available for emissions friendly builds.

Hose and fittings to suit this catch can are available separately.

This product is made to order with an approximate two-week lead time.

You asked and we have delivered.
VR VS Oil Catch cans for behind the strut tower. the prototype is done and we have now drawn it up in and cad and its going into production. we are now open for pre orders. As per all our other catch cans, 3mm aluminium construction, powdercoated satin black, 2x -12orb fittings, 1x -10an drain and the large K&N filter top.
Expected to start shipping from mid october.
as you can see the bracket has been trimmed up from the prototype to give it a sleeker look.
