Hey everyone,

Just a quick update, we’ve been hit pretty hard since Wednesday last week. With a few of our staff being unwell and the public holiday slowing things down, we’ve fallen a bit behind.

If you placed an order last week, please rest assured it is coming. We’re currently working through a pretty big backlog and doing our best to get everything out as quickly as possible.

New Zealand Customers – Delivery Update

If you placed an order to New Zealand in the last 30 days and have not yet received it, please get in touch with us so we can look into it for you.

Since November, we’ve had ongoing issues with some NZ shipments, including customs clearance delays and, in some cases, parcels being returned to us by the courier before delivery. While many orders have arrived successfully, a portion have unfortunately been affected.

If your order is delayed or has been returned, we want to sort it out as quickly as possible.
Please email us with your order number and we’ll personally investigate and advise on the next steps.

We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and really appreciate your patience while we work through it.
