Branch Manager – Fyansford
All Earthmoving Parts is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Branch Manager to join our team at our Fyansford branch.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who is looking to get off the tools, take on more responsibility, and grow with a small but enthusiastic business.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the Fyansford branch. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and our sales team to ensure the branch runs efficiently and customers receive the right parts and service.
The role will suit someone who has strong mechanical knowledge of earthmoving machinery, is confident dealing with customers and suppliers, and is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails
Identifying and interpreting parts for earthmoving machinery
Assisting customers with parts enquiries and finding the correct components
Ordering parts from suppliers
Preparing quotes and processing invoices
General warehousing duties, including receiving, checking and organising stock
Supporting our sales representative with customer and product enquiries
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional store
Monitoring stock and assisting with inventory management
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the branch
Other general duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a high level of mechanical knowledge, particularly relating to earthmoving machinery
Ideally has experience as a mechanic, fitter, diesel mechanic or similar
Is confident interpreting machinery parts and understanding how components work
Is computer literate and comfortable learning new software and systems
Has excellent communication skills and is confident speaking with customers and suppliers
Is well presented, reliable and takes pride in their work
Can work independently and take initiative
Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Is comfortable working in a small business environment, where everyone pitches in and no two days are exactly the same
Has a positive attitude and wants to be part of a growing team
The Opportunity
This role would be particularly well suited to an experienced mechanic or fitter who is ready to get off the tools and use their mechanical knowledge in a different way.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the Fyansford branch, develop your product and industry knowledge, work closely with customers and suppliers, and play an important role in the continued growth of All Earthmoving Parts.
