👥 𝗥 𝗨 𝗢𝗞? 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗮𝘄 💛 Yesterday, we paused to get together and chat about what really matters: people.

R U OK? Day is about starting conversations that can make a difference. With more than 4 in 10 Australian adults experiencing a mental health situation during their lives, checking in with each other is vital.

We were fortunate to welcome Talk2MeBro, who shared a powerful message on the importance of looking out for your mates.

A huge thank you to our volunteer organisers who brought everyone together and put on a delicious morning tea — the Banlaw team spirit was on full display.

Remember: you don’t need to wait for R U OK? Day to reach out. 𝗔𝘀𝗸 “𝗥 𝗨 𝗢𝗞?” 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆. We pretty much all appreciate being asked from time to time.
