Stewart’s Engineering is looking for a Workshop Foreman – Fabrication & Field Services to join our team in Esperance, WA.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career — whether you're an experienced tradesperson looking to step into leadership, or someone with strong coordination, operations or people management experience wanting to transition into the engineering and fabrication industry.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our workshop and projects running smoothly — coordinating jobs, supporting the team and working with customers and suppliers.
🔧 About the Role
• Oversee daily workshop operations
• Coordinate multiple jobs, staff, materials and equipment
• Liaise with customers and suppliers
• Coordinate occasional off-site work
👷 What We’re Looking For
• Experience managing people or coordinating teams
• Ability to schedule and prioritise multiple jobs
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Practical, organised and able to respond quickly to changing priorities
• Experience in engineering, fabrication, mechanical trades or similar industries is highly regarded (but not essential for the right person)
