DINCEL IS STAYING AHEAD.

With BCA 2025 already adopted in some jurisdictions and others transitioning over time, staying ahead of change matters.

Dincel Structural Walling has reached an important compliance milestone, with our CodeMark Certificate of Conformity updated to include BCA 2025 (in addition to the existing certification for BCA 2022 – Amdt. 2). This makes Dincel the first in the permanent wall formwork category with CodeMark certification to BCA 2025.

As Building Code requirements evolve, Dincel continues to invest in the testing, certification, and technical evidence required to maintain the highest standards. For architects, engineers, builders, and developers, this provides greater confidence and certainty that the systems they specify and build with are supported by current, independent verification.

🚨 EPISODE 5 OF THE FARMHOUSE IS NOW LIVE! 🚨

Hooray! We've hit a big milestone - STAGE 1 CONCRETE SLABS are now officially complete on the main house. We had RAIN for 5 out of the first 7 weeks of this project which has officially put us 4 weeks behind schedule! 🌧️😩

One of the biggest time savers to claw back time has been using Dincel Structural Walling. Those sub floor walls went up in days instead of weeks!

Even better... my structural engineer inspected all the work over the various concrete pours & said it was one of the best quality jobs he's seen in ages! 👏 (Now THAT'S a compliment you don't hear every day!)

Sure, we're behind schedule... but when it comes to the foundations of your home, I'd rather build it right than build it fast. 💪 My team's about to hit the accelerator on the wall frames going up to make up for lost time & I'm excited to show you the build progressing faster now in my next episode drop in 2 weeks time.
