It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of Rapid Tool Repairs, with our final day of trading being 26 June 2026.

Over the next month and a half, there may be periods where the workshop is closed due to personal reasons. However, we are committed to completing all current repair jobs and aim to have everything finished by the end of June.

If you currently have an item in for repair and haven’t already heard from us, please reach out for an update.

For any new repair requests during this period, we will assess these on a case-by-case basis.

While we are closing our physical workshop, we are excited to share that an online store will be launching in the near future, allowing us to continue offering selected products and services.

We would like to sincerely thank all our customers for their support over the years.

Some may know that the last 6 months has been a rough ride for us. Kellie was diagnosed with breast cancer late last year. She has made it through treatment and we were starting get things bad to normal at Rapid Tools.

Things have taken a turn over the last 48 hours and has resulted a trip to Melbourne in this fancy flying machine.

So as much as our team of 2 would love to be getting your tools back to you. Will be closed the rest of the week while we deal with this little side step in the round about that is life.

These 2 superstars are Mara and Ava. They are going to be doing a little work experience with Trent over the next few weeks. Now normally they work at a chemist and a supermarket and would be able to help you find your hayfever meds or tell you where the lemon juice is, but chances are they can not tell you if we have Brushes for a DWS780 Mitre saw.
So please be kind and patience with all of us while I do some resting and recovery.
