Good service doesn’t stop after delivery 💫
For the Fitzsimmons, support and communication have made all the difference.
“Mark has been great to deal with, when we were looking at buying it we got a phone call every other day asking if we required any more information and really made sure, I guess, that we were part of the family.”
Any small issues were handled quickly and professionally.
“He’s been really great to deal with, I call him up and ask him – you know, there’s been a few little teething problems – the front end loader needed adjustment on spool valve in the hydraulics. I’d call up Mark and he would organize it, ensure that the team came out here and sorted it out.”
The workshop team has also played a big part. Clear communication and follow-up stood out from day one.
“It’s had its first service. Have found the guys in the workshop great. We had a high flow return put on it.”
“Chris Arundel has been great, I’ll be working away and he’ll come and find me and tell me what hes been up to (working on our tractor), and let me know hes heading off which was great – other people just do the job then leave. It’s nice to be told that they’re leaving and just open communication in general.”
