Granny flats, tiny homes and eco-tourism.

With the ever increasing cost of living and current housing crisis, as well as recent relaxations in planning requirements, small scale construction is becoming more and more popular.

We are currently involved in multiple of these projects, ranging from built on-site granny flats for family members or increased rental income, to off-site construction and shipping of tiny homes for off-grid eco-tourism developments. Burnett Street, one of our more recent projects, is a large scale extension designed to contrast the beautiful Queenslander already on site.

We have been working closely with .homeco to achieve their goals including an all new master suite, kitchen and laundry, double height foyer and living space, guest suite, external garage, pool and patio, all within a narrow site constrained by existing trees and sewer infrastructure.

We are nearing the Development Approval stage of this project, more updates to come shortly!

Construction has begun on one of our Woodend Road projects!

Situated in a Character Housing zone, the extension was designed to compliment the Queenslander already centred on the site. The extension delivers a new master suite, laundry, office and rumpus room, all above covered car parking and entertainment space.

Construction will continue throughout this year, more updates to come shortly!

Our Bowler Street project is finally complete!

Originally purchased with the plans for major renovations, we were engaged to convert the family home into something more suited for entertaining in the city. The end result is almost unrecognizable from the original building, featuring a fully refurbished interior, and a contemporary exterior to suit.
