If your NBN connection box looks like this for a while then it's not going to give you any joy. It's dead. There's a good chance we can fix it and a very small chance it requires a visit by an NBN technician. We can easily work out what is the best solution.

Rather scarey having the gas lead-in pipe only 1 foot below ground level. Always trying to be so careful when others are being stupid with their work requirements.
Extra care taken under the footpath and driveway. A terrific job in the end.
Unfortunately, we went back because the fencing people destroyed the underground services. They had to pay for all repairs.

Rather unfortunate that the fence has gone through the Telstra phone lead-in.
However, this one was no longer in use and had been replaced some years ago.
Our test equipment quickly supported this identifying no service on the phone cable and multiple faults on both sides of the fence post.😊
