We advise existing and potential customers that we will open our new workshop from 1 July 2026 at 7/134 Indian Drive, Keysborough Vic 3173. In the meantime we are still servicing new sales, change overs and rebuilds.

We are excited for this new chapter in our 21 years of business in the turbocharger industry and continuing to support both trade customers and consumers throughout Australia by providing independent options at affordable rates and within competitive timeframes.

Common Turbo Failure: Overspeeding 🚨

What is overspeeding?

Overspeeding occurs when a turbo operates well beyond its normal limits. If there are leaks, cracks or poor seals between the compressor and the engine, the turbo has to work much harder to supply the required air—putting it under extreme stress.
Signs of turbo overspeeding include:

🔸 “Orange peel” effect on components
🔸 Inducer blade damage from housing rub
🔸 Oxidation staining
🔸 Partial blade loss
🔸 Burst wheel
🔸 Fatigue fractures of blades

Ignoring these warning signs can lead to catastrophic turbo failure. Early diagnosis is key to protecting performance and longevity.
