Roof Bracing connection details

Looks good on video, but structurally this seems more like a temporary prefab unit than a permanent house. Very light framing, minimal bracing, slender posts, and no visible proper foundation or lateral load system. Wind, earthquake, durability and fire safety are big concerns. Fine for site offices or temporary use, but calling this a long-term residential house is misleading without proper engineering design and approvals. This structure is marketing-driven, not engineering-driven.

The position of cross bracing should always be at the designed location. Excessive offset from the base or horizontal ties might lead to a moment in the column that might not have been considered.
