General Hand/Trade Assistant
Magnet Engineering is a small, fabrication business located in Dandaragan WA. We are currently a two-man team that are looking to add a few extra hands into the mix to help operations run a little more smoothly. We’re after a worker that has experience in litter bits of everything related to give us a hand with our workload.
Requirements:
Full WA Licence (LR desirable but not required)
General knowledge regarding welding, tools, power tools, etc.
Can work flexible hours
Experience in welding or willingness to learn
High attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work alone and in a team

This position would be best suited to someone fit and able to take on manual labour tasks such as working in confined spaces, working from heights, climbing ladders, etc. We would prefer some previous experience in similar roles such as fabrication work or another job amongst the trades. You will be required to take on a large variety of tasks around the workshop such as working on farm machinery and equipment, repairs and maintenance of equipment, relocation of completed projects alongside the simple stuff like keeping our work area safe and tidy.
