Not all racking projects start from scratch.

Sometimes the smartest solution is working with what you already have.
The BHD QLD team completed the relocation and reconfiguration of an 8m galvanized cantilever racking system on the Northern Gold Coast — originally installed by us and now adapted to suit the client’s changing storage requirements.

▪️ Combining existing materials with new components, we were able to maximise the client’s previous investment while delivering a refreshed, fully functional storage solution.
▪️ Designed for long and bulky materials.
▪️ Cantilever racking is ideal for timber, steel, pipes and oversized stock, providing strength, accessibility and efficient use of warehouse space.
▪️ Built for outdoor conditions
The system was clad in corrugated iron with movable truck curtains, creating a durable, weather-protected storage area.

🚧 Drive-In Racking Installation Complete – More to Come! 🚧
Our BHD Qld team has recently completed the installation of new drive-in racking for one of our valued clients — with multiple locations still to come.
This is just a snapshot of a much larger rollout project, and we’re proud to be supporting the expansion across several sites.

Today we’re proud to celebrate 9 years of Sunst8 — a journey marked by growth, change, and the incredible people who make this business what it is.

Over the past year, we’ve taken some big steps forward. We’ve moved into our new, larger warehouse at Crestmead, giving us the space and capability to support our growing operations and set ourselves up for the future. We’ve also seen our team continue to grow, welcoming new members into the Sunst8 family, while farewelling a few valued team members as they move on to exciting new chapters. Each person has played a part in shaping who we are today.

We simply would not be celebrating 9 years without our team — and without the leadership and dedication of our General Manager Jacki Niko and of course our Director, Mark Nagy. Your commitment, vision and belief in this business continue to drive Sunst8 forward every day.

2025 saw us go back to basics, taking the time to review how we operate and identifying smarter, more efficient ways to work. Those foundations now set us up strongly for what’s ahead.

1/74–76 Magnesium Drive, Crestmead.
✨ What this means for you:
