Bit of process on drill hardened materials. Sound is hard to heard due to the oxy noise. Sometime is not a simple as smashing a hole through the material.

Another raw, unscripted video and bit more of what goes on behind the scenes

Back onto the pc138 dipper arm/boom. Repairing the smashed out top ram plate. Repaired it better and stronger then oem standard.

21t Sumitomo stiff arm bracket supplied and fitted.

As mentioned pin centres have been moved from 405mm to 445mm to fit the hitch. We had to do that straight away so we could get the stiff arm bracket fitted. Now time for weld out.

We put this up on our story Friday morning and thought it was worth showing properly.

This is our new 10T grader blade, built for Ashmore Excavations.

For us, building the attachment is only part of the job. We want to know how our gear actually works in the real world — not just moving dirt, but how it handles, loads, unloads and gets moved from job to job.

It’s the little things that can make an attachment simpler and easier for the operator to use every day.

That feedback goes straight back into how we design and build the next one.

We’re not interested in pumping out a generic product and calling it done. We’d rather keep testing, learning and improving as our gear gets used in the real world.
