We don't expect you to know everything on day one—if you are clever, eager to learn, and possess an exceptional eye for detail, we will provide the complete, hands-on training you need to succeed.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:
• Answering phones and greeting visitors professionally.
• Following up on inquiries, transitioning leads into sales calls, and preparing quotations.
• Generating, checking, and processing customer orders with high accuracy.
• Creating accurate job cards for the workshop floor.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail (crossing every T and dotting every I).
• A solid foundational understanding of computers and Microsoft Office products.
• A proactive, smart, and willing-to-learn attitude.
• You will report directly to the CEO, Sales Manager, and Accounts Administrator.

• Position Type: Full-time.
• Location: Office-based (Coorparoo, Brisbane).
• Remuneration: Negotiable based on capability and experience.
