When you know exactly what you want, distance doesn’t matter. 🐊

This BT-50 was delivered to our Brisbane workshop for a full custom tray and canopy build for one of our long time customers back in Darwin.

➡Full tradie tray
➡Wind-off canopy with through dog box
➡Custom internal layout
➡Rear drawers, undertray storage, 52L water tank and all the little details built around how the customer actually uses the car.

And for the OG CCOR followers… those jerry cradles are a proper throwback 😂
Customer specifically asked us to bring back one of our old Darwin-era designs, so we dug deep in the archives and made it happen.

No generic setups.
No “close enough”.
Just proper custom fabrication built to suit the owner.

Now she heads back home to Darwin for the next stage of the build. 🤝

Standard setups don’t really cut it in the Top End 🐊

This BT-50 was delivered to our Brisbane workshop for its build and safe to say we are pretty happy with how it came out, including the blast from the past old design work.

✅Tradie tray with UT boxes and drawer
✅Wind-off canopy
✅Custom internals
✅52L headboard water tank.
And yes… the old CCNT jerry cradles made a comeback 😂

Pretty bloody cool that even after the move to Brisbane, we still have so many loyal Darwin customers trusting us with their builds 👌

Now she’s heading north for the next stage of the setup and to get on the road.

One minute we’re building a touring setup, next minute someone’s asking for van shelving, custom storage, rear wagon drawers or a completely left-field idea they haven’t been able to find anywhere else 😂

That’s probably the best thing about proper custom fabrication, no two customers think the same and no two setups end up the same either.

Some of the best builds honestly start with:

Weekends like this are a good reminder of why we love this industry.

Spent the weekend out at the American Truck & Van Jamboree surrounded by good people, tough rigs and plenty of different ideas and setups.

Massive thanks to the hosts Goomeri Caravan and Bush Camp who were incredibly welcoming, always up for a yarn and made Jettson’s weekend with a sneaky visit to feed their horse.

Jai spent some time walking around chatting setups, ideas and future plans with people across the weekend.

That’s the best part about these events really - everyone’s got different ideas, different needs and a different version of the perfect setup in their head.

These are our kind of people.
