Grays Auto and Ag is a locally owned, family-run business specialising in automotive and agricultural spare parts, hydraulics, and accessories. We are proud to support our local community, farmers, workshops, and contractors with reliable service and quality products.

As part of a business refresh and growth phase, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to join our close-knit team.

This is an opportunity to step into a stable role within a respected regional business where your knowledge, initiative, and customer relationships truly matter.

About the Role
You will play a key role on the counter and over the phone, accurately identifying and supplying automotive, agricultural, and hydraulic components to both retail and trade customers.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technical products, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and identify automotive and agricultural spare parts
- Serve walk-in customers and trade accounts
- Process phone and email enquiries
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders
- Assist with hydraulic hose assembly (training provided if required)
- Maintain strong product knowledge across multiple supplier systems
